My account was reclaimed and that was ahuge hassell. They tried to get it back to me because I had moved it up to Epic status since buying it. He is an awesome warrior! Anyway, they couldn't get it back- they just had the guy give back the money they paid him for it. They let me pick a new character of the pricerange that they said the enhanced character was at. I got a new one, and am glad they fulfilled their guarantee. I still miss that warrior though. The new one is not as cool, and I will have to work hard to get it to epic status like the last one. They really did help me as much as they could. |

I am glad they don't take any crap from people. Sometimes if I complain enough, pther places will let me slide on not having a phot id. This one did not. I am annoyed that I had to get a friend to buy the account for me, but everyone else should feel safer knowing they stick to their guns even when people are jerks to them about it. |
